What is available at the moment or from this date?

Please, fill the form on the web page. You can also send us email with chosen residence, room type and time period of your stay.

What is included in the price?

The monthly rent includes all fees. You do not have to pay extra, only the price that is required for the particular room.

What is the difference between room types?

We have two main room types:

  • Single room - you will be living alone and share common areas with other members

  • Double room - you will be living with a neighbour and share common areas with other members

What is common area?

Common areas include shared kitchen and bathroom (if you live in standard double room). 

How do I book the room?

You can secure the room online. In order to book the room you have to transfer the security deposit. The security deposit is refundable and will be returned to you after you move out.  

For how long can I book the room?

You can sign the contract minimum for 6 month and maximum for 1 year.

I need papers for the foreign police, do you provide documents?

Yes, we do provide our members with all the needed papers for registration or getting VISA. The document package costs 150,-czk.

I need to get original documents, since I am applying for VISA abroad. Can you help me?

Yes, we can send you all original papers via EMS express post. The price for the post is 50 euro that you can add to the reservation fee and get all the papers.  

How do I pay the monthly rent?

The rent can be easily played via online transaction. If you do not have local bank account you can pay the rent at the cash desk of our bank. We do not accept any cash payments.

What happens if I want to leave the room earlier than my actual stay?

In case of sudden leave without any notice, your security deposit will stay with us. In order to get your security back you have to inform the administration with 3  calendar months notice.

Can I decorate my room?

Make yourself at home but please don’t hammer anything into the wall. Any damage incurred will come out of your deposit when you leave. 

Is my room cleaned and my linen changed?

No! We only provide one set of clean linen at the beginning of your stay. All our members are taking care of their rooms by themselves. We do have weekly control day in order to keep the facilities safe and clean. All the common spaces are cleaned once a week.
